These terms are the agreement between you and Offline(ish) ("we," "us") for using offlineish.app and the Offline(ish) app (together, the "Service"). By taking the quiz, buying, or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Offline(ish) is a self-guided, 30-day program for building healthier habits around your phone and screens. It gives you daily tasks, short lessons, and progress tracking. It is an educational and habit-building product, not therapy, medical care, or a treatment for any condition.
Nothing in the Service is medical, psychological, or professional advice. If you are dealing with anxiety, depression, addiction, or any other health concern, please talk to a qualified professional. Do not ignore professional advice because of something you read in Offline(ish). If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line.
Access is tied to the email address you use at purchase (and the one you give in the quiz, if different). You sign in with a one-time code sent to that email. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure and for any activity under your Offline(ish) account. Access is for you personally; please don't share your sign-in with others.
Prices are in US dollars and shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms. Sales tax may be added where required by law. We may change prices for future purchases at any time; a price change never affects a purchase you've already made.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Details are in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial habit building. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share the lessons, tasks, or any other content; scrape or reverse-engineer the Service; attempt to access anyone else's account or data; or use the Service for anything unlawful. All content, design, and code in the Service belong to Offline(ish) or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.
Things you type into the app, such as your dopamine menu, reward, and check-in answers, stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them so the Service works. If you send us feedback or a testimonial, we may use it to improve or promote Offline(ish); we'll ask before using your name.
We work hard to keep the Service up, but it may be unavailable sometimes for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may update, add, or remove features over time. "Lifetime access" means access to the Service for as long as we operate it; if we ever discontinue Offline(ish), we'll give reasonable notice.
Everyone's habits, life, and phone are different. We can't promise any particular outcome. What you get from the 30 days depends mostly on what you put in.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Offline(ish) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so some may not apply to you.
You can stop using the Service at any time and can ask us to delete your account by emailing support. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, with a refund where our Refund Policy provides one.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing anything, please email us; most issues can be sorted out in a conversation.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll update the date above and notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
