Try Offline(ish) for 30 days. If it isn't for you, we'll refund you. No forms, no hoops.
If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase date and we'll refund you in full. Please write from the email address on your account and include the name you used at checkout so we can find your order.
We process refunds within 3 business days of your email, usually faster. Stripe returns the money to your original payment method; banks typically show it within 5 to 10 business days. Once a refund is issued, your access to the app ends.
Purchases are non-refundable after 30 days. If something has gone wrong on our end, for example a technical problem that kept you from using the app, email us anyway and we'll make it right.
Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund from us is faster than a dispute, and we'd rather fix the problem.
